Megan made an awesome sensory bin for March and shared it with us. It had cool stuff like green gemstones and bugs . . .
and 25 necklaces!
Alex got the idea to make a necklace store. He made this sign showing that the price for a necklace was 5 cents. (Note, the second time we played this, they were 10 cents, and the third time they were 13 cents. Inflation!)
After I paid Alex for the necklaces with pennies from our change jar, he carefully packaged them up.
Photo of me with my beautiful necklaces, taken by Alex.
Next I taught Alex the "hat game", at least that's what I called it because I don't know if it has a real name. It's the one where you place an object under a hat and mix them around and guess where it is. He LOVED this and was surprisingly good at this. Then, of course, Erik taught him how to gamble with it.
And on and on the games went. Here were the boys trying to throw a cotton ball and make it into the circle of plastic objects.
Other March photos can be found here.
That's all of our crazy nonsense on Boomerang Drive!
